At The BBBG Project, everything we do is driven by a bold dream and a steadfast commitment to the power and potential of girls and young women.

Our Commitment

We create safe and nurturing spaces where girls and young women (ages 13-17) can engage, learn, and develop the tools they need to build a strong sense of self-worth and self-advocacy while embracing their unique identities. We equip them with the tools to recognize and avoid unhealthy relationships and cycles of abuse.

Our Dream

The BBBG Project empowers young girls to boldly embrace their value, use their voice, and build strong foundations for navigating life with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Our work goes beyond teaching healthy relationships — we help girls recognize their worth, find healing where it's needed, and avoid cycles of violence, isolation, and silence. Through hands-on workshops, real-talk sessions, and confidence-building activities, we address self-esteem, emotional well-being, and the early warning signs of unhealthy behavior.

Our program is open and inclusive to all girls from diverse backgrounds and experiences, with an intentional emphasis on Black girls — who often face disproportionate barriers to resources, representation, and safety. We believe every girl’s voice matters, every story holds value, and every future is worth protecting.

Rooted in love, sisterhood, and legacy, BBBG equips girls with the tools they need to thrive — not just in relationships, but in classrooms, careers, families, and communities. These are life tools. Leadership tools. Foundation-building tools. And we’re here to make sure every girl has them.

💜 Available by appointment. Serving Kansas City and beyond.

We proudly collaborate with schools, nonprofits, churches, and youth-serving organizations to bring our program directly to the girls who need it most!

We envision a world where girls and young women (ages 13-17) walk confidently in their self-worth, equipped with the knowledge and tools to build and maintain healthy relationships—ultimately safeguarding them from intimate partner violence and fostering stronger families and healthier communities.
